Below are the rules ("Official Rules") that apply to all Offerzoo.co.uk sponsored and Partner Sponsored prize draws hosted on this site.

Definitions

  • "Daily Contest" means a prize draws offered on the Offerzoo.co.uk site for which Offerzoo.co.uk Members may enter once on a daily basis.
  • "Easy Contest" means a prize draws offered on the Offerzoo.co.uk site for which Offerzoo.co.uk Members may enter once by clicking on the "Enter" icon on the Contest offer page.
  • "Offerzoo.co.uk Contests" means, collectively, Daily Contests, Easy Contests, Standard Contests, Platinum Zoo and Partner Sponsored Contests.
  • "Offerzoo.co.uk Member" means an individual who has registered as a member of Offerzoo.co.uk using valid information.
  • "Partner Sponsored prize draws" means an advertiser sponsored prize draws offered on the Offerzoo.co.uk site which is governed by these Official Rules.
  • "Standard Contest" means a prize draws offered on the Offerzoo.co.uk site for which Offerzoo.co.uk Members may enter once by choosing to answer optional lifestyle questions and clicking on the "Enter" icon on the Contest offer page.

  • Individual start and end dates for Offerzoo.co.uk Contests are featured in the individual prize draws terms and conditions which are listed on the page where the individual prize draws is offered.
  • Users can gain one entry per day (12:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. EST) with Daily competitions for the duration of the competition.
  • Users must meet certain criteria to be eligible for Platinum Zoo competitions both at the time of entry and at the time of the draw.
  • False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.
  • All entries become the property of Offerzoo.co.uk and will not be returned.
  • Any information or data you provide on this website will be managed by Advertising.com International Ltd., but shall be collected and maintained outside of the UK by Advertising.com, Inc., a Maryland, USA, corporation. Please see our privacy policy for more information.
  • OFFERZOO.CO.UK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY SCHEDULING OF ANY OFFERZOO.CO.UK OR PARTNER SPONSORED CONTEST WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Eligibility

  • You are eligible to enter the Contest if you are:
  1. a UK citizen or a legal resident of the UK at all times during the contest.
  2. 18 years old or older at time of entry.
  3. not an employee, agent, affiliate, officer or director of Offerzoo, Advertising.com International Ltd or of any advertiser, promotion agency, fulfilment agency or agent of Offerzoo.co.uk or Advertising.com International Ltd.
  4. not a relative of an employee, affiliate, officer or director of Offerzoo.co.uk Advertising.com International Ltd or of any advertiser, promotion agency, fulfilment agency or agent of Offerzoo.co.uk or Advertising.com International Ltd.
  5. human - any use of electronic devices to enhance or alter your odds of winning will automatically disqualify you. Void wherever prohibited by law.
  6. an active (subscribed and confirmed) member of the Offerzoo.co.uk site at the time of the draw. Should you choose to cancel your membership you will not be eligible for draws.
  • Offerzoo.co.uk may require winners to provide proof that they are the authorised account holders of the email addresses used to enter the Contest. "Authorised account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified.
  • Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at the sole discretion of Offerzoo.co.uk.
  • In the event of a prize winner being disqualified, Offerzoo.co.uk is under no obligation to publish this on the site.
  • Further eligibility conditions may be featured in the individual competition terms and conditions.

  • By entering any Offerzoo.co.uk Contest, participants unconditionally agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules, any additional individual prize draws terms and conditions, and decisions of Offerzoo.co.uk.
  • There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter the Offerzoo.co.uk Contests. To enter individuals must be registered members of Offerzoo.co.uk. Registration to Offerzoo.co.uk is free and requires that users submit some basic registration information, including name, street address, email address, date of birth, and gender. Users must confirm their Offerzoo.co.uk member registration by clicking on the confirm membership link in the confirmation email delivered to the email address provided with their registration information.
  • By confirming your registration as a member of Offerzoo.co.uk, you agree to receive special offers and marketing emails from Offerzoo.co.uk, each of which may include opportunities to join and/or participate in services or programs that are offered by other third party marketing partners of Offerzoo.co.uk. How to win

OFFERZOO.CO.UK DAILY CONTESTS, EASY CONTESTS, STANDARD CONTESTS, PLATINUM ZOO AND PARTNER SPONSORED CONTESTS

  • Winners of Offerzoo.co.uk Daily Contests, Easy Contests, Standard Contests, Platinum Zoo and Partner Sponsor Contests will be randomly chosen by a representative of Offerzoo.co.uk (the "Judge") within two (2) weeks of the stated end date of the particular prize draws (as set forth in the individual prize draws terms) from all eligible entries received during the dates specified.
  • The decisions of the Judge will be final and binding.
  • The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • The winners of all Offerzoo.co.uk Daily Contests, Easy Contests, Standard Contests, Platinum Zoo and Partner Sponsored Contests will be notified by email within two (2) working days of the drawing and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and return of all necessary releases.
  • Winners will be included on the 'Winners' page following receipt of confirmation. Each winner's full name and state will be shown.
  • Winners may be requested to supply a photograph for publication and/or take part in further promotional activities.

Prizes

  • Details of prize values for Offerzoo.co.uk Contests can be found in the additional prize draws terms and conditions for the particular prize draws.
  • Prizes are non-transferable.
  • The prize winners will be chosen randomly from among all valid entries received during the term of the prize draws.
  • Prizes will be delivered to the home addresses of the prize winners, unless otherwise stated in the additional prize draws terms and conditions for the particular prize draws.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the additional prize draws terms and conditions for the particular prize draws, rather than choosing the prize offered, winners may elect to receive a cash prize equal to the stated value of the prize as set forth in the particular prize draws terms and conditions.

General Conditions

  • Winners may be required to provide a copy of their driver's license, sign affidavits of eligibility, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, publicity releases and return within five (5) days of issuance of notification.
  • In the event that: i. such affidavits and releases are not signed; ii. any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or iii. the winner declines or fails to properly claim his or her prize within five (5) days of notification (or in accordance with any other prize notification requirements) then that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at Offerzoo.co.uk's sole discretion.
  • Offerzoo.co.uk expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold Offerzoo.co.uk (and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
  • Offerzoo.co.uk and its parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, marketing partners and affiliated entities are not responsible for: i. any condition caused by events beyond the control of Offerzoo.co.uk that may cause an Offerzoo.co.uk Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; ii. any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in any Offerzoo.co.uk Contest; or iii. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with any Offerzoo.co.uk Contest. Any entry that fails to provide all required information will be disqualified.
  • Offerzoo.co.uk is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: i. late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; ii. telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; iii. errors in transmission; or iv. prize deliveries attempted but not received.
  • All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry.
  • No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of entries will be accepted.
  • Participants may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple participants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified.
  • Offerzoo.co.uk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any Offerzoo.co.uk Contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Offerzoo.co.uk, in its sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the prize draws or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Offerzoo.co.uk.
  • In the event of cancellation, Offerzoo.co.uk may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who had validly entered the prize draws at the time of such cancellation.
