I can't login - what should I do?

If you are having trouble logging in please delete any Offerzoo.co.uk cookies you may have on your computer and clear your browser cache.

Below are instructions explaining how to do this for Internet Explorer running on Windows XP.

Clear your Offerzoo.co.uk cookies:

Close all browser windows.
Go to your "Start" menu, found on your task bar.
Select the "Search" or "Find" option, and "Files or Folders".
Type in Cookies in the search box and make sure that your hard drive (usually C:) is selected in the "look in" field.
Once it has pulled up the list of files and folders it has found, find the folder named "Cookies" and double click it.
Lastly, delete all the files that have the word "offerzoo" in them.

Clear your browser cache:

Close all browser windows.
Click the "Start" button, and select "Settings > Control Panel".
Choose "Internet Options".
On the "General" tab, click "Clear History".
When it asks "Delete all items in your History folder?" click "OK".

How do I enable JavaScript?

Enabling JavaScript varies from browser to browser. Here are the steps needed to enable JavaScript in the latest versions of the most popular browsers:

Internet Explorer -
Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom level > Scripting: Active scripting > Enable

Netscape -
Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Scripts and plugins > Enable JavaScript for Navigator

Mozilla -
Tools > Options > Web features > Enable JavaScript

Opera -
File > Quick preferences > Enable JavaScript

I can't read the text - how do I make it larger?

You may have the default text size on your internet browser set too low.

We want Offerzoo.co.uk to be accessible to all users. Therefore, the site has been designed so that our members can specify the size at which they want to view it.

Most sites are optimised for the "medium" or "normal" text size setting. Using this as your default setting should allow you to view all sites as they were intended to be viewed.

To alter the text size you need to click on View (in the toolbar at the top of the browser window), then select Text size and choose the text size you’d prefer.

If you are using an AOL browser visit AOL Keyword: Preferences and follow the instructions.

The problem may be related to the browser you are using to access the site. If you are unable to submit your registration, please email us at technical@offerzoo.co.uk telling us which browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Netscape) and operating system (e.g. Windows, Mac) you are using. We’ll do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

My confirmation email hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Your confirmation email should arrive straight away but sometimes delivery takes a little longer. This is due either to our database being busy or your mail server checking the mail before allowing it into your inbox.

If your email hasn't arrived after 30 minutes please check that it hasn't been sent to your junk mail by mistake.

If you still can't find it please send an email to support@offerzoo.co.uk, explaining the problem and providing your POSTCODE and PASSWORD. We can then confirm your membership for you.

The password you use to log into the site is case-sensitive. The problem may be that one or more of the letters in your password is being entered in the wrong case - i.e. lower case instead of upper case (or vice versa).

How do I stop receiving emails?

If for any reason you want to stop receiving emails please login, click the 'Your Zoo' button and visit ‘Update your details’. You’ll then be taken to a page where you can change your contact preferences and, if required, stop receiving all Offerzoo.co.uk communications.

If you cancel your Offerzoo.co.uk membership your account details will be placed in a suppression file. You will not receive any further email communications from Offerzoo.co.uk nor be eligible for any further Offerzoo.co.uk draws. See prize draw rules.
