My confirmation email hasn't arrived, what should I do?Your confirmation email should arrive straight away but sometimes delivery takes a little longer. This is due either to our database being busy or your mail server checking the mail before allowing it into your inbox. If your email hasn't arrived after 30 minutes please check that it hasn't been sent to your junk mail by mistake. How much does it cost to enter an Offerzoo.co.uk mobile competition?All SMS competition entries sent to 60999 are charged at your standard network rate for sending text messages plus £1.00 for each message received. Can I enter more than once?Yes, you can enter Offerzoo.co.uk mobile competitions as many times as you like. The more you enter the more chance you have of winning.
