The Disasters Emergency Committee needs your help to support the survivors whose homes and lives have been devastated.

This earthquake has wiped out entire villages and at least 20,000 people are feared dead, with many more injured and without shelter. Pakistan is worst hit, but parts of India and Afghanistan are also affected.

Hotmail problems

We are currently experiencing difficulties in sending to Hotmail and MSN email addresses.

Premium rate scam

We’ve heard from some of our Offerzoo.co.uk members about a new competition telephone scam.

You receive a call telling you that you have won a prize and are then asked to call a telephone number to confirm your win.

For example, one member was told to call Kelly Stretton on 0906 126 0372 to claim their prize.

In another example, one member was told that they had a message and to press '1' to retrieve it.

These messages should be ignored as the number you dial back is likely to be a premium rate number for which you’ll be charged a great deal.

We would like to point out that this has nothing to do with Offerzoo.

Should you win an Offerzoo.co.uk prize we'll contact you via email and (if we have your number) by phone. We will not ask you to call us back.
